Christmas Ministry
2007 Christmas Events

Santa and Mrs. Claus give age and gender-appropriate wrapped gifts to 750 children on Christmas Eve. Whole families hear stories, sing songs, watch films, visit a magician, enjoy refreshments, and leave with a sense that there is a goodness in life which breaks through the harshness of daily circumstances. Seniors and Grandmothers receive gift baskets, clothes and toiletries, while neighborhood families receive the cherished present of cleaning products (which Food Stamps don’t buy). In these varied ways, Good News is made real in celebration of Jesus’ birth. There are many ways to help out!
