EMMAUS HOUSE OFFICE

• Receptionist/ greeter, weekdays
• Office help (mailings, thank-you notes)
• Office supplies
• Flip chart newsprint pads
• Digital camera
• Small VCR/DVD/TV Combo
POVERTY RIGHTS OFFICE
• Volunteers/Advocacy with/for individual clients, office help (M-Th 9-2)
• Sandwiches to distribute once a month
• Paper cups, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, tissues, air freshener and cleaning supplies to give away
• Warm hats, gloves, mittens
CHAPEL PARISH
• New Prayer books
• New Lift Every Voice and Sing books
• Skilled carpentry for interior repairs
• Skilled painting for interior repairs
SENIOR STROLLERS
• Friendly drivers to chauffeur in our van (M,W,F)
• • Preparing and/or providing lunch
• Offering a program (educational, music, games, chess, quilting, photography, etc.)
• Contribute simple Bingo prizes
ARTS & AFTER-SCHOOL
• Tutors for elementary subjects, especially arithmetic & reading
• New or gently used reading books for ages 2 - 18
• After school snacks (fruit, cheese, juice, cookies)
COMMUNITY ART PROJECT
• Teachers and mentors (we’ll teach you how!) for woodturning/woodworking, pottery and other crafts
• New art supplies of all sorts (paints, canvases, paper, clay, glazes, scissors, brushes, buttons)
